I’m releasing a new pattern today y’all! The Just a Jersey pattern has been a long time in coming, but it’s finally done! Psst – make sure to read through the bottom of the post for a discount.
I’ve mentioned before that my husband is a football coach. So naturally, the boys want to dress like they’re on their dad’s team. I’ve made them jerseys before, and there’s even a tutorial about how to do it on the blog, but I wanted to really finesse the construction and make it easy to sew, so that’s what I did with this pattern. Difficult drafting on my end results in a super easy to put together pattern for you. Maybe Heisman trophy worthy.
I also had some great tester photos to share this time. In fact, I want to do a cousins photoshoot just like this one as soon as I can get the jerseys made.
As you can see, jerseys aren’t just for boys – they look great on girls too!
I think they’d make great spirit shirts, too. Isn’t she adorable?
It’s also a great pattern for upcycling. And while the appliqué templates are included for the back, you can also employ freezer paper stenciling.Â
So head on over to the shop to purchase your Just a Jersey pattern. Oh! and there’s a discount code – the first 20 purchasers can take $1 off with the code JERSEY. So hurry!
