Handmade Kid Style: Sun & Surf Round Up

Pattern Anthology Presents: Sun & Surf Collection PDF Sewing Patterns available at patternanthology.com

Continuing my kids spring fashion week, I’m rounding up some great versions of  patterns from the Sun & Surf collection that have been around blogland this week. If you’ve already sewn one, please let us know on our Facebook page in case we do more features. Remember, the collection is only on sale through March 24; you can get to the site to purchase through the banner at the top of my page.

On to the features!

I’m in love with the bias trim that Meg of Elsie Marley used on her Coastal Cargos.

Autumn of It’s Always Autumn did an flannel version of the Sunshine Dress, which looks adorable on her daughter.

Sabra, who makes some of the most professional looking pants I see in blogland, took her Coastal Cargos on a hike at Sew a Straight Line.

My friend Stacey wrote a hilarious post about getting kids to cooperate with photo shoots while showing off her Beachy Boatneck at Boy, Oh Boy, Oh Boy!

Michelle at Handmade Martini also had a cool spin on the Beachy Boatneck.

And Stacey had a more cooperative model  showing off her Coastal Cargos

Kat sewed for the girls again with the super colorful Santa Monica Cinch at Sew Chibi

And then Shauna showed off  the tunic version of the Sunshine Dress with her re-released Lovely Ritas.

Jess from If Only They Would Nap sewed up a Submarine Pullover – don’t you love the fabric she added around the hood?

Aren’t those great? I hope to show you more soon!
