Today I’m showing off my version of see kate sew’s pattern in the Just Add Jeans collection – the City Girl Frock and Top.
This top features a cowl neck the shirt is gathered to a yoke. It’s a super trendy look, and (just as important) is easy to wear.
I was trying to channel my inner Audrey Hepburn for this photo shoot – like 1960s Charade Audrey. It was kind of a fun character to think about to take these.
I’ve worn this top several times outside the photo shoot too, so I call that a success. Any top I choose to wear that often is a good one in my book.
So have you purchased your collection yet? What are you waiting for?
Michelle
I adore this top! Also, the ’60s look is flattering on you — the scarf looks great!

Love the top! Planning on purchasing the collection (very) soon. I was curious as to what fabric you used for your version. Thanks!

What a great look for you! I love this one. Very flattering.
Plus, who better to look like than Audrey?
Jennifer
Love this look!!!! I was wondering about the fabric you used, it looks a little thicker/stiffer than a light weight knit. Thanks for sharing. I have the collection, now I need to get to work!

Tres chic! A very nice 1960’s look, and I just love it! Is that Jackie O? Oh, it’s Melly. You are outdoing yourself,
very stylish and retro. I’m definitely inspired. I love the Vogue Couture patterns and I have many, I just need
to sit down and start making some things, but you are getting me there. I will be ordering this from you. Thanks for sharing.
