Another zipper pouch. I told you I got addicted fast. This one was made mostly using this tutorial from Sew Together. I liked that it was a little more tailored and that the flat bottom gave this room for more items – I’m envisioning it being used as a makeup bag, maybe? Or even a diaper clutch.
I did change one thing, in that I seamed the bottom of my pouch differently, so I had 3 pieces instead of 2. You can see in the picture below how I topstitched on a pocket, Â added piping (basically the same way I did with yesterday’s pouch) and how I made and seamed on a bottom piece.
I also added a wrist strap (basically a tube turned right side out and pressed) when I sewed up the side seams.
Reduce, Reuse, Renewed
Very cute! Love the pocket you added.

Melly, those links for tutorials don’t work anymore; at least, I got an error message when clicking on each of them! Was really hoping to make one of these. Any new links to share? I’m going to Google and see if I can find something similar with detailed instructions.
Ps, I am so thankful for you!! You are my 1st stop when I need sewing advice and/or pattern ideas!!! Happy Holidays
