Remember the original Rose T-shirt?
Well, now it has sleeves…AND A PATTERN! I’m so excited.
I love this shirt because it’s comfy, easy to sew, flattering on many body shapes (I’ve made them for sizes XS-L and they look great on all of us), and because the little bit of woven fabric is perfect to showcase a print you love but might not want to wear all over (or might not be able to afford for a dress. I’m looking at you, Liberty of London).
So here's the deal - I need pattern testers to help me finalize this pattern for sale. The pattern is for sizes XS-S-M-L, can be made with long sleeves, 3/4 sleeves, short sleeves or no sleeves, and requires 1 1/2 yards of knit fabric and 1/4 yd or fat quarter of woven fabric.
Thank you to all my testers! Hopefully they are slaving away at their sewing machines (not really, it's an easy pattern) so that everyone can enjoy this pattern soon. If there is nothing major I have to change, it should be released the week of January 23rd.

I would love to be a pattern tester on this one! It looks like something I could wear everyday, and I love the idea of showcasing a woven while having the ease/comfort of a knit. Size M.
I think I have only commented once before, but I have been stalking ever since I saw those cute fire truck raglan tees you made for your boys. I had just bought that exact same fabric for that same purpose, because my little man loves his fire trucks.

I have mostly been a bags and accessories seamstress since I got my first machine. A summer attempt at clothing was a dismal failure. Until now, I’ve been too discouraged to try again. This looks like a pattern I could manage and it is certainly a pattern I would love to wear! I’d be glad to give the medium pattern a try …

I’ve recently purchased lots of knit fabric (from ebay a local shop was closing down) and lots of Liberty of London fabric that I’m scared to cut into and keep trying to ration, I’m a size small and would love to sew up a top for you, Tanya

I’d love to test. I’d probably take a L though it depends a bit on the measurements. I sew for myself a lot. You can see some of my work on my blog.

If you’re still looking then I’m a size XS (Uk size 8 US size…urm 6?) and I’d love to give this a go. I’m very experienced at sewing with ‘normal’ fabrics but not so with knits. xx
Cindy
It’s a lovely shirt! I like the fact that it has a woven neckline.

Thanks for all the comments! I couldn’t find e-mail addresses for several of you, so I just went with the first couple volunteers from each size that had e-mail addresses. Thank you so much to all of you for offering to help me out!

I would love to be a tester too. My email is [email protected] I would test either a M or L (currently working out so hopefully the M would be better) LOL. I’m also stopping by from Flamingo Toes linky party and your newest follower here, FB and Pinterest.
