I’m still reeling, as I know many of you are.
A friend’s child noted that just as 26 lives were cut short at Sandy Hook Elementary, there are 26 letters in the alphabet.
And out of a conversation with some blogging friends was born the idea to act in love and remembrance, to overshadow evil with acts of kindness.
In this holiday season, it seems especially appropriate for us to choose to
So we each picked a letter. I picked E. E to encourage others.
Inspired by this project, I decided to make some little elephants to leave in public places, to brighten people’s days with encouragement.
I’ve made 2 so far. I’m going to try to make 26 this year.
If you’d like to make one, you can get the pattern and tutorial here.
I would encourage you to visit these other participating bloggers (in no particular order).
